How does the coaching work?
We work through a comprehensive assessment process looking at current exercise, nutrition habits, sleep, lifestyle, digestion, hormones, mindset, etc. I’ll assign you nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and supplement guidelines that are realistic for your current level of commitment and knowledge and we’ll work together to keep you accountable so that you get great results.
Do I need to live near you?
No. All of our coaching is done virtually through phone, video calls, as well as email communication. It’s way better than in-person because we can work together from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you happen to be. I have clients all around the globe.
Can't I do this on my own?
No. You need an expert to lead you down the right path and stop wasting your time, money and energy on fad diets and 1-off exercise programs. Even leaders at the peak of their game need a coach. In fact, every great business person and athlete has had great coaches. With all due respect, you can’t do this all on our own (and don’t need to try), and having a coach to encourage you and hold you accountable will help you take your health, mindset, and performance to the next level.
What if I travel too much to train with any consistency?
No Problem! Most important is that you regain control of your nutrition and lifestyle, which are the main drivers of energy production and fat loss. Just moving enough throughout the day in addition to the specific travel meal planning and sleep management strategies that you’ll learn how to implement in the program are enough to get you some big-time results.

In case we haven’t been introduced, I’m Ben Brown, the owner of BSL Nutrition, an online nutrition & fitness consulting business specializing in designing individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and strength training programs for highly driven men and women.
I have 2 masters degrees, one in Clinical Nutrition and the other one in Exercise physiology. But, that’s not what makes me so successful at getting the results I do for my clients. Don’t get me wrong … those two degrees really help me to understand the science behind the results my clients get. But, as you know, it’s a lot more than that. Losing weight and keeping it off involves a lot more than science.
